Pros
Employees are super nice and there's quite a few long term employees which helps with stability Product is EV and that's clearly the future
Cons
The back end of the company itself is a complete mess. Many companies who end up with big growth go through this phase, but unfortunately Chargepoint only got messier during the growth phase and it just felt like it never was going to get better. Felt like I was spinning wheels.
