Pros

Very comfortable work atmosphere without the fear of management always looking over your shoulder. Able to show your strengths of working on your own as well as with a team. Always enough co-workers willing to give their help no matter the difficulty of the task. Management looking for current employees thoughts on how to become more efficient and successful seriously. Flexible enough towards coworkers for their needs as long as it isn't abused. The location is wonderful with a café and a gym included as part of the premise.

Cons

The biggest annoyance is simply the commute as I-95 can be jammed packed during peak hours whether it is north or south. Can be very stressful when errors aren't fixed right away as delay can cause more stress. Lately the turn-over seems to be higher than normal, but with expansion a company easily sees change.

Pros

As a small agency, you'll quickly have the opportunity to do hands-on work for a diverse and prestigious roster of clients. You can come in with no experience out of school and learn a lot very quickly. Management is super supportive of employees and will work closely with you to get up to speed and support clients. You'll get to have fairly regular conversations with the CEO and VP. They also encourage you to explore other roles within the company to expand your skillset. Company culture is excellent. Other than the directors, the staff is very young. Everyone is super friendly. The company has done a great job of supporting staff during remote work for covid. There is tons of room for growth if you're willing to put in the extra effort.

Cons

Work can be hectic, constantly jumping from client to client and project to project. Not much room to move up if you're looking to "fly under the radar" - expectations for effort are high.
