Pros
CRI is a great place to work with awesome people and an excellent culture. There is an encouraged air of transparency and open communication enabling new employees to learn quickly and seasoned coworkers to work together taking on many products simultaneously. They have a very diverse client base which leads to interesting and varied projects - you will never be bored. This company really made me feel cared about - strong emphasis on community and team building (weekly beer hour is also a huge plus). I really enjoyed my time at CRI and broadened my PPC expertise and work ethic.
Cons
Rapid growth and acquisition of clients could sometimes lead to heavy workloads but there was always a good support system to supplement increasing projects
