Pros

Due to its size you end up wearing many hats and learning a lot. A lot of opportunity if you are hard worker and can handle stress. Large diverse client base. Great place to see a little bit of everything. Structure started to be implemented. It would be smart if management continues to grow. Basic benefits are good (decent health insurance and 401k).

Cons

Divided teams and lack of knowledge transfer between departments. Lack of follow through from upper management. A lot of false promises. No structure or training. Employees are underutilized. High turnover rate for a reason. This created a lot of stress and lack of job security. Work from home policy is a joke even though they have remote employees. This could be a great perk. Salary is below average. If you are lucky enough to get to receive a raise know it will be held over your head as if they are doing you favor. Young teams, as far as age and experience. This can be fun but creates a lack accountability and support. You need leaders not just data pullers.

Pros

As a small agency, you'll quickly have the opportunity to do hands-on work for a diverse and prestigious roster of clients. You can come in with no experience out of school and learn a lot very quickly. Management is super supportive of employees and will work closely with you to get up to speed and support clients. You'll get to have fairly regular conversations with the CEO and VP. They also encourage you to explore other roles within the company to expand your skillset. Company culture is excellent. Other than the directors, the staff is very young. Everyone is super friendly. The company has done a great job of supporting staff during remote work for covid. There is tons of room for growth if you're willing to put in the extra effort.

Cons

Work can be hectic, constantly jumping from client to client and project to project. Not much room to move up if you're looking to "fly under the radar" - expectations for effort are high.
