Pros
Charles River respects the contributions of every employee, regardless of their role. We are rewarded regularly with perks like extra company-wide time off and performance bonuses. They also offer an excellent benefits package. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, altered summer hours result in a half day Friday schedule.
Cons
Every department has their own policies ranging from lax to strict in terms of working from home which would be a perk if permitted more frequently, especially in my role as copywriter.
