Pros
there was a lot of good there, but then management let all the good go, and now it is what it is. pay was good, morale varied from good to bad, it all depended on the day, and the manager that you happened to have that day.
Cons
no consistency in management style, no employee support or incentives for doing more than expected, only discipline and politics when things did not go well. Blame was more important than trouble shooting, and blame was the game that management played.
