Pay is good and benefits are fine.

Cons

The shifting of metrics is annoying. Also, removing workplace flexibility and parking is problematic.

Pros

Decent pay, nice office, paid training and licenses. Co-workers that grow your network.

Cons

Extremely high volume call center with no end in sight. Barely any time off phones in core. You will be scheduled to take calls for almost 8 hours day (35-45 calls a day) with a 2 year commitment to the department. 95% of your start class will be gone within a year and half. Ask me how I know. The minute you avoid calls they will fire you. Get your licenses and move on. Many good jobs at Schwab, this is not one. I worked here for over 2 years, I regret not leaving earlier. Remember, nobody is your friend in corporate.
