Thank you for offering a perspective that includes both positives and concerns. It’s great to hear this has been a place to get your foot in the door, and it sounds like your team has been a bright spot—that matters. At the same time, client-facing roles can be demanding and supporting employees with resources remains a focus. Seeing both strengths and gaps in one review helps reinforce what to keep building and what needs more attention. We appreciate you sharing this perspective.

Pros

Decent pay, nice office, paid training and licenses. Co-workers that grow your network.

Cons

Extremely high volume call center with no end in sight. Barely any time off phones in core. You will be scheduled to take calls for almost 8 hours day (35-45 calls a day) with a 2 year commitment to the department. 95% of your start class will be gone within a year and half. Ask me how I know. The minute you avoid calls they will fire you. Get your licenses and move on. Many good jobs at Schwab, this is not one. I worked here for over 2 years, I regret not leaving earlier. Remember, nobody is your friend in corporate.
