Thanks for sharing a balanced perspective. It’s great to hear the support programs have made a difference and that pay and benefits are working well for you day to day. Collaboration is a big part of how we work, and it’s good to see that reflected in your experience with managers and cross-team support. At the same time, client-facing roles can be demanding, and supporting employees with resources remains a focus. Feedback like this helps highlight what employees value and where more progress is needed. We appreciate you taking the time to share this review.

Pros

Decent pay, nice office, paid training and licenses. Co-workers that grow your network.

Cons

Extremely high volume call center with no end in sight. Barely any time off phones in core. You will be scheduled to take calls for almost 8 hours day (35-45 calls a day) with a 2 year commitment to the department. 95% of your start class will be gone within a year and half. Ask me how I know. The minute you avoid calls they will fire you. Get your licenses and move on. Many good jobs at Schwab, this is not one. I worked here for over 2 years, I regret not leaving earlier. Remember, nobody is your friend in corporate.
