Charles Schwab Response

We are glad you shared both the encouraging points and the frustrations. Growth and development remain priorities, and it is good to hear you have seen that firsthand. At the same time, in person collaboration supports connection and learning for many teams, and we also recognize flexibility matters. This kind of input is especially helpful because it highlights both what is resonating and what requires follow-through. Wishing you well moving forward.

Pros

Decent pay, nice office, paid training and licenses. Co-workers that grow your network.

Cons

Extremely high volume call center with no end in sight. Barely any time off phones in core. You will be scheduled to take calls for almost 8 hours day (35-45 calls a day) with a 2 year commitment to the department. 95% of your start class will be gone within a year and half. Ask me how I know. The minute you avoid calls they will fire you. Get your licenses and move on. Many good jobs at Schwab, this is not one. I worked here for over 2 years, I regret not leaving earlier. Remember, nobody is your friend in corporate.
