Pros

401k match Investing advice Remote

Cons

Micro management is the first. They let you be comfortable for 6-12 months with no headache. Once your there about a year is when they start to threaten to fire you if you don't hit certain metrics. Once you've been there a year they show you what it will really be like. The metrics that you have to meet are difficult to hit simply because the job will require you to do alot of things that dock your stats negatively but your forced to do these things to maintain " world class customer service". Its a trap and a tactic they use to weed people out. Please take the advice from a current employee desperately seeking another job, it is not worth the headache. The clients are so bad you will be miserable all day just to work at home and it is simply not worth it. This position cost you your peace just to be at home which again is not worth it.
