Even if you’re promoted to a specialty phone line you still get stuff into High Net worth. Essentially all day instead of doing your job you have people with millions yelling at you, and you have to bend over and take it. As long as the rich people are happy, leadership doesn’t care about you doing the job you strived for.
2023 proved to be the year that brokerage firms will do anything to kiss up to the rich clients, at the expense of their employees.
8 hours of back to back to back phone calls. You get 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. If you break those rules, or if they force you to take a 10 am lunch, you’re in trouble. They value rich clients over employees.
Also if someone is in the central or eastern time zone, don’t force them to work till 7pm.
