Pros
The new leadership is trying to make their imprint on the company through massive change - understandable and necessary. These changes are resulting in meaty, challenging projects. Change is difficult and managing through transitions even more so. Managing a change that is not wanted and subtly sabotaged is darn near impossible. And that’s as positive I can be.
Cons
Inconsistent messaging and poor, poor pay for starters. Schwab is a tiny company that got REAL big REAL fast. They have the mindset of an organization still operating out of somebody's garage. What infrasturcture does exist does nothing other than block efficiency. It's an incredibly frustrating culture and environment. At least that's how it is in my group anyway. May not reflect the entire organization.
