Pros
Most people want to do a good job. Product development is good, manufacturing equipment is excellent. Process control is above average. Chart tries to build comraderie through lunches and off-site events.
Cons
Management is afraid of the union. Lasting changes are impossible when crybaby floor employees get their way. Supervisors shield poor performing employees because their superiors won't support them. Management is secretive if you're not on the "inside".
