We take pride in the compensation and benefits packages that we are able to offer employees and feel that they are competitive within the market, making Chart an employerof choice. Our current uptick in business has resulted in the need for overtime in certain areas. Chart values a work-life balance and while we understand overtime can place temporary strains on this balance, we also feel fortunate to have positive business conditions in New Prague versus a business downturn that has the potential to result in job loss.
