Pros
I really enjoyed working with this organization. I was at my previous job for 8+ years and was in a little bit of a rut. These guys reached out to me and created a new position in their organization as the creative lead. The senior management team was always supportive (almost to a fault) of all my ideas and plans. We got a lot of great work accomplished during my time there.
Other Pros:
- They have a knack for hiring good people
- Great culture, In the spring and summertime they go out to a park and play baseball, basketball, tennis. They go to a Caps games, wineries and somehow always find their way to 4P's (Irish Bar underneath the office) every week.
- Like I said above, senior management is very supportive of new ideas and are open to anyone in the company bringing it forward to them
- Really enjoyed working with my boss Brian C. He was trusting, supportive, and knew when to push to get the best work out of me.
Cons
- The market that they are in didn't align with what I wanted to do, career-wise.
- Nit-picking, but company-wide communication at times wasn't as transparent and synced up as I would have liked.
