Pros
three ways to make decent money as a banker at Chase....Investments, Loans and Savings deposits. Chase's compensation plan is decent if you can successfully sell these products. As an unlicensed banker you will not earn from investments, thus you're already disadvantaged at 2/3. And it's almost impossible to bring in any decent savings when Chase is paying .01% APY. Best way to go is to hit the phones and start referring to your loan officer. He/she may be able to get 1/100 loans approved so get busy!!!
Cons
MICROMANAGEMENT!!! Managers don't care about you at all. All they care about is the performance level of their branch and their yearly bonus. They make your schedule one week at a time and you wont get it until the Friday or Saturday before. Their is NO work/life balance. They will ask "make" you to work 6 days per week with a 30 minute lunch.
