-we have 5 managers and each of them get replaced bi-annually.
-The management hired does not know anything about finance, yet tasked to manage financial professionals. Zero standards for recruitment. Imagine this: An accounting firm is looking for a new accountant. The manager goes out and hires 5 "accountants" but not a single one of them is a CPA. You think, "how could this happen?" That's JPMC for you.
