I worked for Chase for 14 years and brought in over $150 Million in investment relationships. The treatment by upper management to their employees is disturbing. The culture and sales pushing to reach goals have become ridiculous. The customer service has gone by the wayside as they push customers to go electronic only. They are beginning to cut staff to save money or to make even more money.
