Pros

If your manager is amazing and your co-workers get along, the work environment makes the day to day easier.

Cons

I was part time and I felt like hours were being dangled in my face. They would tell me they wanted to increase my hours and then all of a sudden that was no longer an option. OSAT scores is a joke when branches aren't staffed currently, customer service is telling them the wrong information leading for clients to be angry at us, and the scoring system being set up for us to fail. You've gotten rid of personal bankers only to put all the responsibly on the associate bankers for what reason. You either want us on the transaction line or you want us on the platform side why is it both? And then we aren't staffed currently to be able to accomplish this. Go back to bankers being bankers and tellers being tellers. Because if someone calls off then what? Your associate bankers are exhausted and they feel under appreciated. Not to mention there is a huge safety risk involved. Customers being completely unreasonable and beggars outside branch, there needs to be security at all branches. Only with the 2 months of security did I ever feel safe in the branch. Overall, I'm sure the experience is different on the corporate side but the branch side needs help from us top not cutting corners and making their already difficult and stressful job more difficult and stressful.
