I've been with Cheetah Ad Platform for just over a year, and I've learned what it really means to grow a team globally. Working in San Francisco, Paris, and Beijing has been an amazing experience. I've been able to have meaningful discussions with all the senior staff and know that they actually care. Not just the "yeah yeah yeah" you get from other companies. While, yes, every company has challenges - our team faces these challenges head-on and makes it happen. We are very supportive, nurturing, and open about any issues. We help each other, we talk, we have lunches together, we travel together. I came from a similar role in a different industry and the world of mobile is ever-evolving - which presents opportunities to learn; new technologies, new points of view on how to handle an issue or challenge. (And in some cases, the opportunity and desire to learn bits and pieces of new languages.) Lots of moving pieces. It's actually fun, in my opinion, to gain an insight into other teams and how they impact our revenue, interact with our clients and partners. I've never been part of such a cool organization. I'm glad I made the decision to further myself and my career by coming to Cheetah Ad Platform.
Cons
Sore face from laughing at our office jester? (I can't say his name, but he's awesome too!) I can't say there are true "cons" to working here. There are challenges, yes. Expect to work hard, but not because anyone tells you to, but because you WANT to. And just like with any other companies, you have some quirky people to work with - but that makes it fun.
