None. I’m a mid-career professional—I’ve worked many places and for many people. None have left me so anxious and depressed as this place. It’s not just toxic, it’s willfully toxic. They take pride in being toxic.
Cons
This is the truth: this place beat me down so much I cried in the ladies room at least once a week. I’m in my 40’s—I have a fairly thick skin, so it shocked me how bad it was. After I left I had to go to therapy—my confidence was shot and it felt almost like PTSD. For months I couldn’t get over the anxiety that this place grew in me. Do yourself a favor—don’t put yourself in a position to be treated this way. Don’t work here; it’s just vicious.
