Business Outlook
Pros
Good working hours flexibility. Pay is good, especially for the area. Nice people. There is a lot of structure from DuPont left over, but some streamlining is occurring.
Cons
Unsure of company's future. Going through a transformation. Not sure what the company will be like after said transformation. Best to wait and see. Structure can cause projects to be very slow moving. No bonuses this year or cost of living raises.
