Pros
The base pay is great, 401k matching is 6%, possible annual bonus up to 8%. 3 weeks vacation with optional 40hr purchase.
Cons
Expensive health care, company cost cutting targets the employees (i.e. overtime, diminishing 401k benefits, annual bonus gerrymanders to give lowest payout). New pay system makes it harder to get over time. Leadership seems lost most of the time. No clear sense or direction when it comes to projects or turnaround schedules.
