      Pros

      Pretty good wages especially for the area. Still have a matching 401K, less 3% they just took away. Room to grow if your wanting to get into management

      Cons

      Major growing pains from the "Spin-off" Lots of layoff to reduce overhead and cost. Taking "perks and benefits" away to reduce cost.
