Pros

Benefits, culture and compensation Are good, food is given periodicall,

Cons

to political, and Bias. you can be great at your your job but if one person is against you then all start plotting to get you out especially when the leaders dont have a good eye to see that all is a lie, staff play leaders against each other even HR is biased, with convaluted lies to match the person, dont go off hear say versus reality, people whose not on your caliber wants to run your department and you cant speak up because theres favortism.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
