It’s important for us to ensure the right people are in the right roles across our organization so every team member can be successful in serving our patients. Leaders aren’t always subject matter experts in their fields. In fact, the best leaders work to build teams of experts to help the entire organization work well. Doing this well takes real effort. Effort on the part of the leader and effort on the part of the team members. Sometimes leaders and staff don’t see eye-to-eye, and that’s OK. It can even lead to real progress if managed well. We’re sorry this didn’t turn out to be the right fit for you and your employment needs, but we wish you all the best in your future career as an LPN. You do important work and should feel valued in an organization that’s right for you.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
