We are sorry to hear you are upset about recent changes in the organization. The fact that our company enhancement scores continues to stay high and at Great Place to Work standards in these challenging times for Medicare Advantage providers is a testament to our culture here of love, accountability and passion. Change is inevitable and we have to always be working together to evolve with the changing environment of our space in healthcare. We hate when some reductions in our teams occur because it is so difficult and hard to say goodbye, but we must never stop improving and becoming more efficient in these V28 cuts - and we will always put patient care and our people first in all we do and consider.
