Pros

This company is becoming less of "Mom & Pop" and more of a Corporate atmosphere. The benefit is, it hasn't lost its family environment. Everyone is very friendly and makes the attempt to group activities, outside of work.

Cons

With the growth comes some negative. It sets a bar that feels has no end. Always trying to catch up with the growth.

The ChenMed family of companies is growing. Rapidly. So it’s good to hear the family atmosphere we have strived for from our start is prevalent because we know that leads to better outcomes for our patients. That family atmosphere also helps our team members rely on one another when times are stressful, learn from one another to help that bar continue to rise, and celebrate together as we continue to transform American Healthcare through primary care innovation for the neediest populations.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
