The owners are very engaged and have a vested interest in the company running well. Most of the physicians I worked with were the most caring, concerned and focused I've met in the country.
Cons
While working there, the CIO was the worst that I had ever seen. Empty promises, lack of empathy and a can't do attitude pervaded.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our patients and to our employees. And we’re glad to hear your experience with our physicians is exactly what we expect of them. And we’re happy to report that organizational changes made recently in our technology division are being very well accepted across the family of companies. In just 6 months, the internal net promoter scores for IT increased volumes! That’s great progress! We wish you all the best in your new employment opportunity. And if you’re interested in coming back, be sure to check out the open jobs available in your market. We’re growing and are always looking for the best talent.
-ValueBased care driven.
-Mission and Vision.
-Growth opportunity.
-Work-life balance.
Cons
Challenges to meet metrics dependent on market/location- but not impossible

Thank you for the 5-star review and for helping us bring more good days to our patients.
We appreciate your feedback regarding center metrics. Each community presents unique circumstances, and we appreciate your recognition that success is still achievable when we support each other.
The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations
Cons
Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
