Pros

Pay was ok until they started manipulating the comp payouts

Cons

Until they blindsided us with a 35% reduction in salary and put us in a take it or leave it situation

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the for the experience you had working with us. Testing, learning, and refining our approach is part of our DNA here are ChenMed. We’re learning to slow down a bit, make sure our efforts are coordinated and understood, and that team members have the resources they need to be successful in their roles. That said, while we don’t have any locations or Patient Relations Managers in “Nashville, TN” today, we’re happy to report that our new comp model for those roles in our markets is allowing team members to significantly increase their total compensation. While this was an adjustment that took a little getting used to, it does seem to be working and it’s already being further enhanced for 2017.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
