Pros

Hour lunch break. Gives those a chance who want to transfer into the healthcare field without extensive experience. A great chance to meet great seniors and build great relationships.

Cons

Communication nightmare! No one knows anything about what's going on in other departments. Management does not work in unison. This makes them seem very unorganized and unprofessional ie. when coming in to interview front staff nor operations management had any idea a candidate was coming in to interview. On start of "training" (which in itself is a joke) no one still had any idea that there was training that was going to take place. JenCare is also very metrics focused. They want quantity over quality. If you don't produce enough and reach their unobtainable goals you risk losing your job. This causes all types of corruption for the employees doing whatever it takes just to look good in the eyes of the company so they can keep their jobs because they maybe they too were sold on a dream that became a nightmare.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
