Poor management, constant issues within the IT department. No room to defend yourself against human error.

While we are proud to see that you listed your team and our family-oriented environment as pros to our company, we did not overlook your concerns with our IT department. As of this writing (October 2016), we hope the changes which have been made are helping alleviate any dissatisfaction for current team members in that department. Thankfully we are seeing more and more reviews pop up here that are recognizing the changes and improvements we’ve made! We’ll continue to review all feedback as a way to improve.

Challenges to meet metrics dependent on market/location- but not impossible

We appreciate your feedback regarding center metrics. Each community presents unique circumstances, and we appreciate your recognition that success is still achievable when we support each other.
The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations
Cons
Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
