Pros

Working with wonderful physicians. The model is a great patient friendly concept but poorly executed and not provider friendly.

Cons

Micromanaging 24/7. Front desk staff run the center and providers day. Too many meetings on how to better serve/treat patients (AKA how to save more money). Absolutely terrible communication I have been working in healthcare for 17+ years and this is the worst communication tactics I have seen in my career. They drive all of the good employees away. As a nurse practitioner I was treated very poorly was treated like I was a glorified nurse. This is despite research that proves nurse practitioner outcomes are comparable with physician outcomes. They do not care about evidence-based practice or research that proves his point. They want physician driven care.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
