Pros

Some friendly coworkers, decent work hours, 1 hour lunch. Only loved the doctor I worked for, and the patients.

Cons

Management Not even management can be trusted, they treat you with a smile, all the while they walk all over you, I worked there full time, as a temp, and felt harrassed by the superiors, while reaching out after explaining the situation, nothing would be done, it was like a game. Even the drivers are mistreated, the routes to pick up patients are a joke and chaotic. Will add that management also ignore their employees when a problem is brought up, and or pass it off amongst themselves. Management is digging the clinic straight to hell, they are a joke, they don't care for their employees, or for their patients.

Pros

Benefits Pay Co-workers Patients That’s all

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. Providers don’t have the authority to do what is best for patients. I have worked in prisons and it is easier to get patients care they need there than it is working for Chenmed. They have you recite this saying every morning. Something about how their goal is to give their patients “more good days.” It’s all a load of crap. Their goal is to give the CEO and the Chen family more money and more good days. They think you can see these complex patients in 5 minutes. “Just have them come back every day,” they say as if that’s not taxing for an elderly person. Just stay away from this place and keep your loved ones away too.
