Pros

The honorable and humbled opportunity to serve patients of the neediest populations with love, passion and empathy, are valued rewards indescribable, profound and glorifies what we are meant to do in life serving God and loving others and all who come in contact with Chen Med. Every interaction with our new patients building relationships to earn their trust and using empathy, compassion and understanding with patience hearing their stories, many stories that affect me emotionally to the core however, this brief time I share with patients allows me to enter into the hearts of our patients making a difference in their lives. Passionate in all that I do to Honor Our Seniors is in my heart, soul, living and breathing every day what Chen Med represents, looking forward in making a difference.

Cons

Facilitating what is needed to truly get the job done to the best of our ability is the only downfall I have encountered during my journey into 5 years with Chen Med.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
