Pros

I have worked with Jencare for a little over five years now and it has come to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Great leaders whose goal is to intentionally ensure all staff is trained and prepared for promotions. The values of Love , Accountability and passion is demonstrated by upper Management which moves down to every level. Very gratifying because we have the opportunity to serve the neediest of our population...seniors with chronic desease. Also very satisfying to trust that whenever employees are in need of required tools to perform their jobs, all they need to do is make the request and most of the times , those requests are granted. I enjoy being part of a company with a vision to be America`s Leading Primary Care Provider, transforming care of the neediest Population.

Cons

Things might sometimes get too hectic due to the growth.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
