Pros
Chenmed/Jencare is on the forefront of transforming the health care industry. The Companies Vision, Mission and Values are not words on a page or merely inspirational epithets. It is lived out daily by the the leaders, and vast majority of the physicians and employees. In turn this fosters a very healthy work environment. I am honored to be a part of this organization.
Cons
Not really a CON... The company is growing; therefore, we are experiencing a few pain points. These opportunities are not unique to Chenmed/Jencare. A multitude of healthcare organizations across nation have similar opportunities to navigate through. Many will continue to struggle. However, there is no doubt that we will preserve and realize our Vision.
