Pros

Mission, Vision, and Values aligned with the execution of providing better health for our most vulnerable population. Very transparent, organized and data-driven to achieve goals. Invests in its team members with training, continuing education and growth opportunity.

Cons

I was recently asked this same question from a friend looking to join ChenMed. I believe it is an important question. At this point in my tenure, it is very difficult to answer. I received significant training and support from leadership. There is a strong drive to do everything that we can to help our senior above and beyond any other organization. This may lead to hard work and long hours, but I do not see that as a con, that is why I am here.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
