Pros

Vision is so important, if you can see it, you can achieve it. One of Jencare's vision is that "Everyone Wins". Daily I keep this goal on my mind throughout my working day to keep me pushing. We have improved our communication by almost 100%, statistically, from last year. During this period of Covid -19, Jencare has shown me where their heart lies for their employees and patients, in particular, the speed in which they put systems in place. Jencare continually demonstrates growth in their ability to help its' employees grow by providing the necessary tools needed to accomplish or obligations ( higher education, reading material, and exercise coaches. Also, just to add, we are rewarded when goals are accomplished, thus building a positive work environment.

Cons

The work load can be bearing and continually challenging because 1) we do need more doctors and 2) more reliable outsource services for our patient needs. Jencare continues to improve, despite the various reasons and conditions that puts a heavier workload on its employees. Pressure put on manager and Doctors which the cycle continues downward,

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
