We are driven to grow and reach more seniors. When we do, we create opportunities for those who are helping us transform healthcare! We also know we can do better in areas, so thank you for echoing feedback we have received from our engagement surveys around communication. Even though our employee engagement scores are better than average when compared to other healthcare organizations, we will always work to do better!

Pros

Benefits Pay Co-workers Patients That’s all

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. Providers don’t have the authority to do what is best for patients. I have worked in prisons and it is easier to get patients care they need there than it is working for Chenmed. They have you recite this saying every morning. Something about how their goal is to give their patients “more good days.” It’s all a load of crap. Their goal is to give the CEO and the Chen family more money and more good days. They think you can see these complex patients in 5 minutes. “Just have them come back every day,” they say as if that’s not taxing for an elderly person. Just stay away from this place and keep your loved ones away too.
