Pros

Beautiful building's and campus area. Great employees, mostly nice people to work with.

Cons

Believe the reviews, that people have wrote. Management lacks, diversity. Career growth & opportunities are scarce and promotion from within isn't always promoted.

Our people are our pulse! We're so glad you had a positive experience with many of your teammates! As a growing organization of almost 4,000 employees, we pride ourselves on empowering each person to make a difference in their respective role. Building diverse teams is a huge part of that! We're sorry to hear you didn't see a clear path for growth while you were with us. Here at ChenMed, we highly encourage internal mobility through Career Pathways. We also offer world class learning & development opportunities through ChenMed University! We truly appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

Pros

Benefits Pay Co-workers Patients That’s all

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. Providers don’t have the authority to do what is best for patients. I have worked in prisons and it is easier to get patients care they need there than it is working for Chenmed. They have you recite this saying every morning. Something about how their goal is to give their patients “more good days.” It’s all a load of crap. Their goal is to give the CEO and the Chen family more money and more good days. They think you can see these complex patients in 5 minutes. “Just have them come back every day,” they say as if that’s not taxing for an elderly person. Just stay away from this place and keep your loved ones away too.
