We do have some of the best employees on the planet, don't we? It's no surprise we are transforming healthcare, and investing in the future of our patients and our employees. As we expand, the growing pains are real. With that said, we never want our people, the heartbeat of ChenMed, to feel the level of pressure you're describing. Our commission structure is laid out clearly before and during onboarding. We would have been happy to clarify, but we see you're no longer with us. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience.

Pros

Benefits Pay Co-workers Patients That’s all

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. Providers don’t have the authority to do what is best for patients. I have worked in prisons and it is easier to get patients care they need there than it is working for Chenmed. They have you recite this saying every morning. Something about how their goal is to give their patients “more good days.” It’s all a load of crap. Their goal is to give the CEO and the Chen family more money and more good days. They think you can see these complex patients in 5 minutes. “Just have them come back every day,” they say as if that’s not taxing for an elderly person. Just stay away from this place and keep your loved ones away too.
