There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

There is blind leadership from Florida. Their solution to not hitting sales goals in 2020 was to raise quotas in 2021. They provided I help with marketing materials or management support. If you had an issue with anything and you brought it to your sales manager they had no solution or help. I was excited to work here when I was hired and was quickly disappointed by management and by the company as a hole. They don’t pay our commissions and you spend most of your time trying to get paid for work you already did. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

Our Management Growth Consultants are crucial to helping rescue seniors. This role is considered sales and does ask our team members to hit sales targets. Part of our process is to clearly outline our commission structure within the interview, before onboarding and during orientation to ensure all are on the same page. Our teams are the heartbeat of ChenMed and we want to reward them for their hard work and commitment towards meeting and exceeding goals!

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
