You get to meet very interesting people

Even if your job description only says 3 things that you need to do you are required to do everything and anything it doesn't matter what it is from getting a patient into the office to clean a mess to teach your new supervisor what needs to be done and then not get recognized whatsoever and then you do everything at the office like a manager would and the managers don't want that they want someone that knows how to kiss a** and dont work. That internal growth thing that people talk about is only for the people that kiss a** the ones that truly work and do the right stuff we don't get promoted.

Micromanagement at its finest. Providers don’t have the authority to do what is best for patients. I have worked in prisons and it is easier to get patients care they need there than it is working for Chenmed. They have you recite this saying every morning. Something about how their goal is to give their patients “more good days.” It’s all a load of crap. Their goal is to give the CEO and the Chen family more money and more good days. They think you can see these complex patients in 5 minutes. “Just have them come back every day,” they say as if that’s not taxing for an elderly person. Just stay away from this place and keep your loved ones away too.
