Pros

Good pay , excellent leverage of technology

Cons

Poor management , it’s not what you know but who you know. The owners talk about live, accountability and passion. It is said by all and practiced by none, if you are not young and Caucasian you will not last long. They have a standard of working you to the bone, with no recognition. That hard work counts for nothing. Those that do the least get the most oppurtunity for career growth.

Thank you for taking the time to review our organization. Our minority-owned, family-operated company is currently comprised of an employee base that is over half racial minorities. it is of the utmost importance that we promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion; so much, that in 2022 we were recognized by Comparably as one of the top 100 companies in the US for both diversity and women! We welcome the opportunity to discuss any specific concerns you may have and would like to provide you with the following contact information: employeerelations@chenmed.com.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
