Thank you for taking the time to review our organization. As a physician-led organization, our practice model has been designed to create optimal work/life balance and provide success pathway options to each employee in our organization. While preventing both employee and physician burnout, our patient first mentality has led to a reduction of 33% of hospital sick days and emergency room visits – contributing to the increase in life expectancy of our patients by an average of 5-7 years. Please allow us the time to connect with you to better understand both your experience with ChenMed, and any specific concerns you may have by reaching out to employeerelations@chenmed.com.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
