Pros

Pay is great. Benefits are goos.

Cons

Daily & last minute corporate changes that affect team members ability to receive bonus. Removal of services promised to patients and patients not notified as stated they would be. Reduction In Force happens often with no advance notice. Work expected requires a minimum of a 12 hour work day with majority of admin work being done at home due to constant meetings that are only to discuss what could have been an email, or to sit and watch a person read word for word from a PowerPoint presentation. Every question asked will be responded to with we will get back to you on that. Expectations to make change in your center will begin with "we will give you ample time to make the changes," whats not communicated it that ample time is immediately.

Pros

Benefits Pay Co-workers Patients That’s all

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. Providers don’t have the authority to do what is best for patients. I have worked in prisons and it is easier to get patients care they need there than it is working for Chenmed. They have you recite this saying every morning. Something about how their goal is to give their patients “more good days.” It’s all a load of crap. Their goal is to give the CEO and the Chen family more money and more good days. They think you can see these complex patients in 5 minutes. “Just have them come back every day,” they say as if that’s not taxing for an elderly person. Just stay away from this place and keep your loved ones away too.
