I wouldn't recommend - Talent Acquisition ChenMed Employee Review

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

Turned into a stressful/micromanaged environment quickly. Too many unnecessary meetings. Leadership is not transparent. Ongoing fear of who will get cut in the next layoff. Constant talk of making a plan, but never actually makes a plan. Consistent with telling teams that they want to hear ideas for improvement, but never act on those ideas. Tons of employee surveys that in the end gain zero action. Far too many voluntold trainings that have nothing to do with the job. Narcissistic leadership: be prepared to hear about what leadership "is up to" (aka their vacations) in Town Hall meetings. And be prepared to be told a training is "not mandatory", but to get on someone's good side it's basically mandatory. They boast about being good Christians but treat their employees poorly.

Pros

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Cons

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
