Pros
After working here for over 4 years I can say we finally have achieved a great balance where entrepreneurial environment meets process and stability. There are solid controls and governance in place so you get the power of a big "corporation" but the leadership has figured out a way to keep the spirit of a start up in place.
Cons
Like any company in hyper-growth mode you can expect a series of ups and downs and lots of change. The company has done a good job learning from the downs and implementing change quickly. There is definitely a sense of urgency for everything which some may view as a con. If so, this is not the place for you.
